30 Arbor Street

The loft apartments at 30 Arbor Street in Hartford, CT, combine modern and industrial architectural styles to create luxurious city living.

Each apartment features old style wood flooring, refinished brick walls, and modern granite kitchen counters. For the loft units, we installed CNC Classic Series Milano cabinetry with High Gloss doors in optional white, ebony, or grey to match the design features. In the studio apartments, we installed CNC Luxor for a more transitional look.

We paid attention to detail during installation to live up to the high quality these astounding living spaces exude.
