The Chrysalis Townhomes in New Britain, CT bring an updated feel to multi-unit living, with 28 residences designed for comfort and everyday functionality. Working alongside QA+M Architecture and Montagno Construction, Viking Multi-Unit Sales / Project Manager Adam Bradley helped bring consistent, high-quality finishes to each space while allowing for subtle variation throughout the building.
In the kitchens, CNC Luxor cabinetry is featured in multiple complementary finishes, including Espresso and Harvest, creating a balanced mix of rich, warm tones across different units.
The cabinetry is paired with durable granite countertops, including Santa Cecilia and Azul Platino, both chosen for their natural movement and timeless appeal.
The bathrooms have a clean, modern feel with CNC Luxor Smoky Grey cabinetry, paired with Corian countertops in Antarctica for a crisp, bright finish. Consistent Richelieu hardware, including modern steel pulls, is used throughout the kitchens and baths to help tie each space together with a streamlined look.
Projects like the Chrysalis Townhomes highlight how multi-unit developments can strike the right balance between efficiency and design. By combining durable materials with a cohesive palette, each unit feels polished, practical and ready to welcome its next resident!
