Viking Design & Sales Specialist, Andy Pelletier collaborated with Phillip H. Cerrone III, architect at AIA NCARB and A. Pappajohn Company, general contractor to complete this beautiful addition. From the shared lounge to private kitchens, every detail reflects modern style and thoughtful craftsmanship.

In the amenity spaces, Ultracraft Metropolis cabinets in Flame Oak and leathered Steel Grey countertops offer a warm, modern vibe. For the penthouse kitchens, CNC Elegant White cabinetry and Valiant Scotland Quartz provide a crisp, timeless look. Simple chrome pulls from Richelieu complete the look with a clean, modern feel.
