Trail Run is a brand new apartment and retail complex in the popular Route 83 corridor.

With ample parking and easy access to Route 84, the complex comprises 312 residential units grouped into eight apartment buildings, a clubhouse and pool for residents, and more than 30,000 square feet of commercial space.

The residential buildings are three stories, and either 24 or 36 units each. Apartments range from 750 square foot studios to units with two bedrooms and two baths that will be 1,150 square feet.

We are proud to be working with Artisan Development, and to have completed the kitchens and bathrooms for the apartments for the first of two phases. We used Urbana Remy cabinets with White Thermofoil doors. Hardware is 6” bar pulls. In the bathrooms, the vanities are finished with white cultured marble tops and wave bowls.

We also installed cabinets for the clubhouse, the largest in Connecticut, where guest can relax by the pool, or inside by the fire, and enjoy the leafy views over nearby Hockanum Linear Park Trail.
