Southington Multi-family Project

This new construction multi-family project, located in Southington, is made up of 28 units and our installers are moving along unit after unit. Viking Designer, Andy Pelletier worked with AA Denorfia Building & Development to provide cohesive designs pairing CNC Luxor cabinets in a smokey grey stain with fortaleza granite countertops and brushed nickel knobs.

We were able to store the high volume of cabinetry in our local warehouse until the builder was ready for our team to install them. Our in-house stone shop was also able to pre-fabricate the tops based on the cabinetry layouts so that we could install the granite 2 days after the cabinetry was installed.

Cabinetry, countertops, hardware, sinks, storage, and installation all available with one vendor!
