Bruce Small
Bruce is a seasoned professional with over 36 years in the construction industry, including owning his own cabinet shop and his own general contracting business.
His broad range of experience allows him to meet the needs of owners and developers on both large and small projects. Bruce’s results-driven approach is supported by his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. His ability to manage a project from inception to final closeout makes him a vital member of the Viking team.

Tom Paolini
Tom began working in the building materials and construction industry over 40 years ago in the cabinet warehouse of a lumberyard in Bangor, Maine. In 1992, Tom opened Better Cabinet Distributors, a wholesale kitchen and bath distribution center, which quickly grew into a regional leader. Tom joined Viking in 2008 to focus on the multi-unit market in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
During his years in the industry, he has served many organizations in leadership roles, including the Greater Boston Rental Housing Association, as Vice President of the Greater Vermont Home Builders Association, and Past President and Lifetime Director of the Northeast builders and Remodelers Association.
Tom is a committed volunteer for Hospice, Seacoast Family Promise, and his church. Thomas is devoted to his wife, Laurie, and his three children.

Andy Pelletier
Andy’s passion for the cabinet industry started as a child. He spent many weekends and summer vacations going to his father’s cabinet shop, going on measures and helping out with installations. He officially started in the industry in 2005, when he graduated high school.
Andy’s broad range of experience includes both fabricating and installing cabinets and granite, quartz, solid surface and laminate countertops. In addition, he has worked as a remodeling contractor with experience in framing, flooring, tiling, trim and window installation. Based on his past experience, Andrew decided to focus his career on the cabinet industry and started in design and sales 2+ years ago. His level of experience adds valuable depth to the Viking team.
