We recently partnered with Carrier Construction, Inc. on the Whiting Street Project in Plainville, with Andy Pelletier leading the charge as the Viking Project Manager. This multi-unit development focused on creating clean, modern spaces that are both functional and inviting.

For the kitchens and bathrooms, CNC Luxor White cabinetry delivers a crisp, timeless look. Paired with MSI Elysio quartz countertops, the spaces feel bright, fresh and easy to maintain. Richelieu’s sleek metal pulls add just the right amount of polish to tie everything together.

In the office kitchenette, the design took on a slightly bolder tone. CNC Elegant Plus cabinets in Jet Black create a sharp contrast, bringing sophistication to the space. They’re paired with Valiant Castillon quartz countertops, which balance the dark cabinetry with a subtle, durable surface. The same Richelieu pulls were also used here to maintain consistency across the project.

Throughout the process, Andy worked closely with the team to ensure everything stayed on track, from field measures and coordination with other trades, to managing deliveries and quality control. The result was a well-executed project with modern, practical finishes.
