Exciting progress is underway at 340 Dixwell Avenue in New Haven, CT. This multi-family development by LaRosa Construction Company, Inc. is a Passive House-certified build and the first all-mass timber constructed affordable housing project in the country. Once complete, the new 340+ Dixwell Apartments will provide homes to 69 families, including individuals who were previously homeless.
Viking was proud to partner on this initiative, supplying cabinetry and countertops that strike the right balance of modern design and everyday durability. Viking Project Manager Ben Hogan oversaw quality control and supervised deliveries in a tight, urban environment where timing and precision were essential.
Each kitchen features sleek CNC Luxor Smokey Grey cabinetry and Valle Nevado granite countertops that add natural texture and durability. Richelieu aluminum pulls add a light, clean finish that’s timeless and welcoming.
The bathrooms continue the contemporary aesthetic with CNC Luxor Espresso cabinetry and cultured marble white countertops, a striking contrast that feels warm and upscale. Richelieu’s aluminum pulls tie the design together with understated style and consistency.
Whether cooking, relaxing or getting ready for the day, residents enjoy a well-planned interior that takes everyday living to the next level. Viking is proud to support LaRosa Construction in bringing high-quality, efficient, turn-key spaces to life in New Haven and beyond.
