Exciting progress is underway at 340 Dixwell Avenue in New Haven, CT. This multi-family development by LaRosa Construction Company, Inc. is a Passive House-certified build and the first all-mass timber constructed affordable housing project in the country. Once complete, the new 340+ Dixwell Apartments will provide homes to 69 families, including individuals who were previously homeless.
