Located right in the heart of downtown Hartford, the Pratt Street Renovations project is giving a former office space a whole new purpose. It’s been transformed into 38 apartments, including a mix of studio and one-bedroom layouts. Viking was proud to support The Associated Construction Company on this conversion, helping to bring clean, modern finishes into each unit.
Viking Design & Sales Specialist Adam Bradley worked closely with the project team to keep selections streamlined and consistent from unit to unit, an important part of any multi-unit build where schedule and efficiency matter.
For both the kitchen and bathrooms, the cabinetry selection was CNC Luxor White with matching 5-piece drawer fronts, creating a crisp look that feels bright and updated.
To add contrast and a modern edge, the spaces are finished with Richelieu black pulls, a simple detail that makes the white cabinetry pop and helps tie the look together throughout the building.
Projects like the Pratt Street Renovations are a great example of how smart renovations can breathe new life into city spaces. We’re excited to be part of a commercial build that will add more housing options downtown and create welcoming, functional apartments for future residents.
