Exciting progress is underway at Sylvia Gardens in Terryville, CT where 12 new townhouse-style units are currently in development across two buildings. Designed by DPS Development Planning Solutions LLC and built by Sylvia Garden LLC, this project brings modern finishes and practical layouts to a peaceful residential setting.

Each unit is thoughtfully designed with 1.5 baths and an attached garage, offering residents both comfort and convenience. Viking Project Manager Ben Hogan has been working closely with the team to coordinate delivery schedules, oversee progress, and support on-site coordination to keep the project on track as construction continues.

The modern and clean kitchens feature CNC Luxor Smokey Grey cabinets, paired beautifully with Azul Platino polished granite countertops for a durable surface with natural character. Black Richelieu bar pulls finish the look with a sharp, modern contrast.

For the bathrooms, CNC Luxor Harvest cabinetry adds a warm finish, complemented by champagne bronze Richelieu bar pulls for a little extra polish. The mix of finishes gives each space personality while maintaining a cohesive feel throughout the development.
